This Calgary Bed and Breakfast is much more than a cottage - it's an executive home offering spacious and comfortable Bed & Breakfast accommodations.
Pathway Cottage is located in a quiet residential area in the southeast quadrant of the city on the ridge of a 3000 acre Provincial park; our guests enjoy a picturesque country view and an ideal setting for walking, jogging, and cycling on over 80 KM of pathways in a beautifully treed river valley. Our two suites readily accommodate singles, doubles or multi-generational parties.
A spacious 600 sq ft suite with two queen beds plus a two bedroom suite (includes a queen bed & choice of king or two extra long twin beds). Booking the second room of the two bedroom suite is optional. Private / ensuite bathrooms are provided for both suites; a third bathroom with toilet and sink is also available. High speed wireless internet access throughout.
Full, hearty breakfasts are leisurely
enjoyed in our formal Dining Room. If a continental breakfast or special diets are preferred, please ask in advance.

The Park Interpretive Center provides loads of interesting information about the history of the Bow Valley Ranch and the aboriginal roots of the area which is now called Fish Creek Park.
The Park offers free swimming at sand beached, Sikome Lake during the summer - it's just down the hill. Particularly enjoyed by naturalists, birders and artists.

The well treed river valley is home to
mountain fed Fish Creek, where it joins the Bow River.
Mule and white-tail deer, beavers, porcupines and coyotes
as well as a variety of birds: bald eagles, kestrels, hawks, owls, great
blue herons, pelicans and pheasants, to name a few, take seasonal residence nearby. |
